That's awesome, I really wish I could have gone to it. I couldn't even find the Gold Cup game on TV, until I found Univision, and they of course were pulling for Mexico. (I understand Spanish pretty well.)

I saw we lost to Argentina, not a huge shock but still. Anyway, our Mid-field is good, I think Ching is a joke, we need McBride and Dempsey to do everything...haha.

We got destroyed by Argentina; I'm not convinced it would have been nearly as ugly if we had our A team playing instead of the scrubs we had on the field.

We need ANYONE to play up front. Dempsey doesn't fit in as a striker; he's being forced out of position because we have no one that can get it done. Bring up Altidore in a friendly or two and see what he can do. McBride is going to be sorely, sorely missed, especially since he can still get it done in the world's best league.

McBride has probably been my favorite player since he made his debut in the MLS, I believe with the Columbus Crew. Oh well... he will definitely be missed, a quiet, tough-nosed player who goes out and gets it done game after game.
