I loved Blake but concussions were an issue and Torontos gritty rough style may hurt him.I hate to see it but it had to be done. Maple leafs are taking a big chance.
As for the Rangers signing. Gomez was let go by the Devils for a reason and Drury is a great player but also getting very old.
As far as I can tell the Rangers roster is still no better than the Isles.
Match them up and it may surprise you! And be happy, we don't have to hear Yashins name anymore.That's a relief in itself.

Sorry I missed you guys in Raleigh but we had to go back to LI that weekend due to a drunk hitting my neice head on on montauk Hwy. She is ok but some serious damage to her feet.
Hopefully we will get together in the future so we can have some good clean ribbing.
