Hello All,

We have promised to upload our older (and newer) records to iTunes and other digital download sites. We have done so. We don't know the order or when they'll all be available, but you can now purchase the album "Three" on iTunes internationally as well as Amazon, Real Audio, Napster and some others.

"Three" was our last studio album before The Madding Crowd. We had won a local Best of the Bands competition and the prize included recording time at a local studio. Lo and behold the studio was pretty awful. The recording quality is modest, but what was great in all of our opinions was the spontaneity of the recording session. Many of the songs were pretty much created in the studio. Most of the parts you're hearing were what was played the first time through. We were experimenting with a very "live" recording vibe. Where we wanted what people heard to be pretty much what you'd hear in a live setting. A few things were overdubbed later but most of the tracks are first or second takes. Many of the songs on "Three" are some of our favorites of all our albums. Make sure to check out "Regrets."

You may notice a different sound than The Madding Crowd. In the past, we had a more rootsy, acoustic sound including saxophone, harmonica and mandolins. We loved playing this way but a different vibe started to hit us naturally around 1999 where we gravitated to a more pop-rock sound. In 1999 the demo for "Absolutely (Story of a Girl) was recorded in three days at Sabella Studios on Long Island. We were signed pretty quick after that and the rest is history.

Recorded in 1994/1995 is Nine Days first official album. Out long before The Madding Crowd was just a twinkle in our eyes. It's now available on iTunes (even in Australia).
