this post inspired me to go and look for nine days cd's at my new store. and i found the madding crowd, only one copy, which i think is good since we sell mostly used merchandise. so that means that not a lot of people are selling thier copy to used cd stores.
in conclusion, steph is an inspiration.

i used to love them. i saw them first with nine days and they blew me away. an awesome stage show, major audience interaction. and when i found tomorrow i was so excited because now you see inside was such an awesome album, but then i listened, and what a letdown. the sound completely changed, and for the worse if you ask me. sr-71 had potential. but lately i give them a big thumbs down.

i bet they will sell out. for the acoustic show i had to buy my tickets on ebay and they were really expensive. but worth it.
hey christina, do you have the underneath acoustic?

its true, sometimes musicland stores...such as samgoody...do have pretty good deals on cd's. you just have to know what you are looking for. there is this whole "fast forward" wall where they have like new artists and lots of times they are really good ones, but before they break. like almost a year ago maroon 5 was one, and now, well i dont know any now. but they dont inflate

if you like yellowcard, you'll probably love the starting line. or any drive thru records band.

holy cow,
$286 round trip. i definitely have enough for that on my new master card.
of course, there is no way my new boss from hell would give me the time off. but i could just quit. bonus.
then i could just stay in new york. FOREVER.
this plan is getting better and better.

i think i deserve some good boy advice from rachel. especially after the "MELISSA ARE YOU TALKING TO A CUTE BOY!" moment at the last show.
rachel is the most fun slightly intoxicated person ever.
ok, i am officially done bringing up that moment.
*i love you rachel*

wow, what a coincidence, i just happen to be wearing a yellowcard shirt at the moment. funny.
and by the way, yellowcard has an EP which is much better than ocean avenue, and another album called "something for the kids" or somethign which is also pretty good.
they are pretty awesome live too.
and mike, "your favorite weapon" is so much better than "deja entendu"

im sad for something corporate. they are good, but now they have the whole image thing going. and its sad, because they could have done it without the new look.

i have mixed feelings regarding michael moore. bowling for columbine was largely propaganda based, but still made a valid point and made it well. also, the video he made with system of a down (was it?) boom, well made, but again, propaganda and misrepresented statistics.

like the bedazzled t-shirt rachel came up with a while back... with "257" on the front and "you're so good and i'm so bad" on the back?
cuz that was an awesome idea.
